Since my initial messages last week, we have seen continued impacts and preventative measures to control the spread of coronavirus (also known as COVID-19).
Like all of us, you’ve surely been impacted by the global spread of the coronavirus (also referred to as COVID-19), including the many preventative measures and policies being put in place to control the spread.
You may be located in a state that is – or will soon be – subject to a ‘stay at home’ order. This is an important step to control the community spread of the virus.
Due to the critical need for emergency power solutions, LEX has been granted an exemption that allows us to support important government and private projects across the U.S during these unprecedented times.
As such, we will remain ‘open’ to serve power needs nationwide.
As I mentioned earlier this week, our team is monitoring this unprecedented situation and our focus remains on the health and welfare of our employees and associates while we continue to serve the needs of customers like you.
We continue to operate by utilizing a combination of remote workforce and adjusted manufacturing that help us achieve the goal of social distancing for our team members.
Should there be any additional adjustments required, our systems are in place to continue to serve customers by telephone and email, and we will continue to produce orders every day.
Meanwhile we expect to continue to deliver the excellent service levels you’ve always experienced. (If you do experience any slight delays we appreciate your patience in advance).
