Lex Products Welcomes Jim Binch as New CEO

January 25, 2024 (Trumbull, Connecticut) -- Lex Products has announced that James (Jim) Binch has been appointed Chief Executive Officer following an extensive search to lead the company into the next stage of growth.

Jim Binch succeeds the previous Co-CEOs, Bob Luther (founder of Lex Products), and Nate Lowery, in this exciting role that oversees the strategic roadmap and all 3 operating locations (Shelton, CT; Davie, FL; Pacoima, CA). Mr. Luther and Mr. Lowery move into Board positions.

In a dynamic and exemplary career, Mr. Binch has driven success as CEO in companies ranging in size from start-up to large & established, across a broad range of industries ranging from banking to manufacturing. His most recent assignment was CEO of Q-Tran (Milford, CT), a family-owned LED lighting manufacturer. Additionally, Mr. Binch was an operating partner in private equity while at Lincolnshire Management in New York, helping to drive profitable growth across a number of holdings.

The common thread through each of Mr. Binch’s professional positions is a dynamic operating transformation that fuels impressive growth strategies.
