Lex Products’ cable repair and PDU service program delivers greater value with extended product life and cost-savings. With a variety of repair services to choose from, Lex Products offers a range of diagnostic services including evaluation and testing, as well as connector replacements and more. Cable Repair customers can also upgrade existing 19 pin multi-cable, 7 and 14 pin motor control, ARRI ballasts, and 60, 100 Amp Stage Pin Extensions with EverGrip molded connector retrofits.

As an alternative to expensive cable assembly and PDU replacement, Lex Products helps customers re-use and recycle their existing products by performing professional repairs.

Ordering Procedure:

Contact a Lex Products sales representative at 800.643.4460 for pricing, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and lead time information.
RMA's are valid for (30) days.
Upon evaluation and submission to customer of repair costs, the customer will have (10) days to prdouce their commitment of payment for the repairs (PUrhcase Order or Credit Card Pre-Authorization).
With EverGrip^® Retrofit requests, a Purchase Order or Credit Card Pre Authorization can be submitted by the customer at teh time fo the request.
Some repairs may deviate from standard procedures and may require an additional evaluation repair process at an additional cost. Customer will be contacted for authorization.
Customer is responsible for inbound and outbound freight charges.

*Lex Products EverGrip^® molded LSC19 multi-cable assemblies and molded ARRI ballast extensions feature a 5-year warranty that covers molded connector failure resulting from pushed pins, broken conductors and broken ground rings within the connector.
