Lex Products™ PowerHOUSE™ Load Master® Series portable power distribution boxes are the first in the industry to feature outputs with adjustable current ratings to match specific application loads. These cULus Listed load distribution boxes are designed to provide enhanced safety and durability, as well as unmatched flexibility and convenience for temporary applications where a range of power loads are required and change frequently. Whether the load requirement is 60A, 400A or settings in between, our load distribution boxes can be adjusted to suit specific applications with a selection of single or multiple circuit breaker configurations. All PowerHOUSE Load Master® portable power distribution boxes feature one or more of three electronic circuit breakers with ratings of 60-150 Amps, 100-200 Amps and 160-400 Amps.
Load distribution boxes also work well for other uses where a broad range of load requirements are serviced by a single power source.
Load Master® distribution boxes offer unmatched flexibility for changing on-site power needs. Load Master® electronic circuit breakers allow overcurrent protection that can be changed to match output loads for specific applications quickly and easily. Our power distribution boxes also eliminate the need to rewire circuit breakers to meet changing load requirements, feature side handles enable easy two-man portability and a conveniently located control panel.
Load Master® portable power distribution boxes are available in both single and multiple adjustable circuit breaker models, with ratings ranging from 60 to 400 Amps. Load Master® boxes feature 1, 3 or 4 electronic circuit breakers with adjustable settings to meet a wide range of overcurrent protection needs. Multiple circuit breaker models provide multiple disconnects from the main source of power.
Our load distribution boxes are cULus Listed TYPE 3R for outdoor use. Each box features a heavy duty rubber enclosure that is fully insulated, and resistant to shock, impact and corrosion. Circuit breakers are mounted under a hinged lid for enhanced protection. Each electronic circuit breaker features a maximum of 16 settings each and will not cause nuisance trips due to high ambient temperatures. The current trip settings are adjustable to protect a variety of systems with different cable sizes. We also maintain our cULus Listing even when current trip ratings are adjusted, unlike the competition.
The ability to adjust a circuit breaker’s trip rating to closely match a specific load ensures that the circuit breaker will trip when needed. This is critical in overload or short circuit situations.
Unlike some panels and boxes that require rental houses to invest in a wide range of circuit breakers that need to be installed and wired on a case by case basis to meet specific power load needs, the Load Master® Series offers a wide range of adjustable breakers within self-contained boxes. Whether the need is 60 Amps, 400 Amps or settings in between, Load Master® Series boxes can be adjusted to suit the application without any installation or removal of circuit breakers.
