PowerGATE™ company switch enclosures feature a compact design, accommodating both Cam-type or IEC 60309 pin & sleeve and lug outputs in one wiring chamber. Both Cam-type or IEC 60309 pin & sleeve and lug connections are behind the lockable access door, helping to eliminate accidental disconnection, unauthorized access and/or tampering with connections.  

For enhanced safety, the access door to Cam-type or IEC 60309 pin & sleeve and lug connections is interlocked to the main breaker, which means the breaker can only be turned on when the access door is closed. No matter if you have a 400 amp or 100 amp company switch, if the access door is opened power shuts off automatically, eliminating the ability to make or break a connection under load.

A unique arrangement of both Cam-type or IEC 60309 pin & sleeve and lug terminations enables both sets of cable to drape downward for lower profile when mounted against a wall. Circuit breakers and connection chambers are housed behind a gasketed door, while a circuit breaker handle allows the breaker to be reset without opening the enclosure. For extra caution, all circuit breaker doors on company switch cam lock/pin & sleeve enclosures feature a lockout/tagout and restricted access options as you need them. For sensitive audio applications, the chassis ground can be isolated from the main ground.

All company switch enclosures feature an automatic chamber light for enhanced visibility when making connections. A strain relief securing system is put in place to prevent cables from being pulled from their connection lugs, in turn securing cable connections. 60, 100, 400 and 200 amp company switch enclosures are available in beige or matte black powder coat finish.
