Financial Accounting

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum two years experience with responsibility for preparing, analyzing, and issuing monthly financial statements and departmental budget reports
  • A knowledge of ADP payroll systems will be considered an advantage but not a necessity
  • Exposure to an ERP system is preferable but not required


 Cost Accounting

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum four years experience in a standard cost/job cost accounting environment
  • Expert level of proficiency in Excel
  • Exposure to an ERP system is preferable but not required
  • Ability to work with Maufacturing and Marketing departments to maximize potential margin growth

  Production Manager

  • Direct responsibility for team leaders and employees under charge (approximately 50 employees)
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two to four years of supervisory experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Ability to work in metric and English units of measure


  Supply Chain Manager

  • Bachelor's degree or three to five years related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ten-plus eyars plant management/distribution set-up and management experience
  • Proven track record of effective management of manufacturing (light to moderate manufacturing), warehouse operations, and creating the most effective and cost-efficient distribution model 

  ADP Bookkeeper

  • ADP Expert with bookkeeping experience taking charge of the bi-monthly ADP payroll and coordinating benefits for employees
  • Assisting in the recruiting and interviewing process and completing exit interviews
  • Maintaining and reporting on employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, turnover, etc.
  • General ledger coding and processing of expense reports and other miscellaneous AP invoices
  • Completion and reconcilliation of month-end and year-end schedules

  Assemblers

  • Must have an education in electrical assembly or 2-4 years experience assembling electrical components

  Materials Manager

  • Coordinate all material and equipment-related activities from receipt to turn-over including: shipping/reciept, loading and unloading, tagging, identification, traceability, storage and control, inventory management, warehousing and issue of material to ensure compliance with Department of Energy and Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements

Sales Support - Military

  • Experience in military procurement or with a defense contractor, specifically experience with government contracts including GSA Schedule contract is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Determine and review electrical power distribution requirements either directly from potential customers or as assigned by mangement
  • Provide quote generation and follow-up, as well as technical assistance as necessary

  Marketing Coordinator

  • BA in Marketing or related field with knowledge of electrical industry preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML and familiary with Content Management Systems
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe CS3 applications, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with email marketing and AdWords campaigns
  • Exceptional communication (verbal/written) skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization

 Marketing Product Manager

  • Degree in Marketing or three years marketing experience of electrical products related to the Entertainment, Industrial, or Military markets
  • Experience with business to business marketing
  • Basic electrical knowledge

  Customer Service Rep

  • 2-5 years experience in a customer service position
  • Experience working for a company selling design-to-order electrical products is preferredExperience using an ERP system (ex. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft NAV, Made2Manage)
  • BS/BA preferred

  Electrical Engineer

  • One to three years of previous experience. Candidate must have experience and/or education in the power field
  • Exceptional communication (verbal/written) skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization

  Draftsman

  • Degree from Technical School with a minimum of 5 years related experience required
  • Creates drawing packages consisting of cabling diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and both 2D and 3D models
  • Develops and maintains drawing database to allow achieving and filing
  • Creates wiring tables with standard component designations with "to" and "from" wiremarkers for efficient manufacturing
